Shocking to look at the list of current 147ers, this was the glamour division for decacedes and decades before and now the only title holder I’d say could be a contender 10 years before now is maybe Norman.
I know that every divisions have their golden eras and shytty eras but still it’s strange to see 147 in this state.
154 and 115 have been the only divisions that remained fire pretty much constantly in the last 15 years
Res you know me..ive complained how bad 147 for a long time but its truly in the dumps now :heh:

147 will rise to prominence sooner than later maybe it always does, shyt Norman Haney (which should be Main event over Benavidez Yarde) is the one fight most fans are looking forward to MWGA

i remember having a feeling roy would get ko'ed before this....roy got put out rigor mortis style while his sons were crying

I remember watching and thinking it was going to be like a lot of Roy's other fights where opponents come out guns blazing, trying to be aggressive with him and go to his body to start the fight. After a couple of rounds Roy would adjust and they'd tire out from trying to keep up that pace. At a certain point it just seemed Roy had become completely gun shy. Didn't even seem like that hard of a shot for him to cause his head to bounce off the ground like that.

i would have liked roy to have been more aggressive and piece up glen with matrix like combinations..that tarver KO prolly ruined him mentally...this really showed roy also physically declined...the shyt he got away with when he had otherworldly reflexes....it was a temple shot that caught with his jab hand down that put him out..temple shot dont necessarily need to be thrown too hard plus glen could punch
