Gotcha, wasn't sure of the rules. That said Boots and the Cult of Boots claim ATG status so debuting at 154 against Murda is something an ATG would do, if Boots didnt have the Cult of boots then IMO I wouldn't even trip about the Lima fight and with how quick it ended doing quick turn around fight with Murda in Jan/Feb. But since every Champ is fighting in Feb then imo Unless Boots takes a Stay Busy in Jan/Early Feb then I feel her should be on deck for any of the champs.
I think the Play will be Murda though because Eddie won the rights to the Murda/Kelly fight, and Kelly is a Matchroom fighter/at least for the fight so I think this was the Plan B either way, if Murda wins Boots takes out the boogie man + gets a built which would build his legend, if Kelly wins then it should be easy work, but both wouldn't be hard to negotiate with as neither have any options and Matchroom has a streaming deal.
Dazn is trying to sell that new package which is why they want to block Ortiz vs Spence, so imo if Ortiz does not get the Fundora/Thurman winner (he needs to show up to the fight and call the winner out), he or his team are hoes.
If I`m Jermell Charlo I`m going to PR with the blessing of WBA as Champ in Recess and activating status against that winner
not necessarily happy that it takes a jake paul fight for femi to come back to the states though
