Oscar gonna try to piggy back on PBC and Ring cards, issue is PBC hasnt found a consistent platform that will actually invest

Oscar has no choice. The thing is with the Americans doing more cross promo now (we have Ryan Barrios and Benevidez Zurdo) I`m surprised they haven't try to do a joint venture to pitch themselves. Amazon still seems to not want to invest, and Paramount is aligned with the TKO stuff.

I find it absolutely hilarious that now Golden Boy, PBC, and Top Rank are scrambling for a home

When they had TEN YEARS from 2014 to 2024 when they had TV contracts to make the fights people wanted to see. But what did they do? They continued to play negotiation games and promotional company politics to not have the fights happen when they should have. So many fights that could have happened didn't. We had more action on Youtube with content creators arguing about "who's ducking who" cheerleading their favorite fighter

Chickens have come home to roost. Have zero sympathy for them. Now Turki came out of nowhere with DAZN and swooped up all the momentum they had

If Top Rank, PBC, and Golden Boy want to form an alliance, then it's whatever. But if it fails, then oh well they had their chance

I got dazn when it was only matchroom and the WBSS for boxing ...ppl downplayed eddie but he has prolly the most secure promotion in boxing today even as his roster has declined in quality..he doesn't have to worry about if his shows are going to be televised

It is what it is. Him sitting down for a while is probably best for him. He mentally retired already after he couldn't beat Roach so I really dont think we'd be missing out on anything big from him.

Was thinking about this the other day. DAZN lost a couple of battles but ultimately won the war.
"boxing on a streaming platform will never work"
"no one knows about DAZN"
"They can't market U.S fighters"
"cross promotions will never work with DAZN"
all short sighted stuff ppl said in the past that looks goofy as shyt at this point

so what do boxing managers, not named Haymon, do if they have no part in fight negotiations
