Like I said in another thread. When asked if Josh Kelly wants to face Boots, Josh and his management sounded non committal on facing Boots next lol. I expect Xander Zayas to do the same
But honestly, Boots has only himself to blame. He had the IBF title at 147, and could have easily fought Murtazaliev for the IBF title in his first fight at 154. This could have been him winning a belt off of Murtazaliev. But instead he chose to fight against a guy named Lima Beans. Now he has no leverage to get any of these fights he wants. Oh well
