Nah this is BS. If Jermell wanted that fight why run to Canelo? Crawford called him out and embarrassed him during that Spence fight, but instead of fighting him he jumped 2 weight classes to fight Canelo. He lost a lot of my respect when he did that.

Mell.knows his performance is what was shameful not necessarily taking the fight. And then for Bud to do exactly what you did and beat canelos ass not just win reinforces the shame.
