The way he tried to hand wave Bud beating Canelo after he failed miserably trying the same :dead:
I wish the interviewer would have dug in more around him not being able to get any fights. Like why is he having to call and beg Eddie Hearn himself? Are we supposed to believe Mell was booking his own fights personally this whole time or is he tip toeing around the fact PBC threw his ass in the bushes :mjlol:.
The Canelo performance was horrible but dude held 154 down for a minute, to the extent PBC basically had a monopoly there. For all goofy shyt it's easy to forget Mell was the "good one" who was handling business for a long time, so it's kind of weird how quick he got tossed to the side.

Mell has no motion and commands too much to be on an undercard. If it wasn't for Ryan we wouldn't see a PBC led card until may witb Benevidez.

Like I said at this point Charlo needs to be going to Zuffa. He can go on a two year run and have Zuffa turnt just from interviews and just retire

So then why you talking about wanting Lewis Crocker next, the moment Devin accepted your challenge? :heh:

I can't with these new dudes, too much talking and clout chasing, just fight, jeez
Bro that's what all these weird cats do is talk but fight, and their worshippers eat the crumbs.

even with all that..I do think Mell handled his business enough at 154 to earn a HOF spot...he's currently the only PBC fighter i think that has done enough for the HOF...bro got to add on though with some quality wins to strengthen it

Nah this is BS. If Jermell wanted that fight why run to Canelo? Crawford called him out and embarrassed him during that Spence fight, but instead of fighting him he jumped 2 weight classes to fight Canelo. He lost a lot of my respect when he did that.

Canelo is the money fight. Everyone runs to fight canelo. He reportedly earned 20 million. Why would you even ask this question?

IDK why he is so hell bent on 154. Mell should be asking PBC to make Him vs Lara as a Co-Main for BenvideZ vs Zurdo.

If Danny Garcia can get a 160 title shot out of no where, I dont see why WBA can't look at Mell's Status as Champ in Recess, shyt they would collect better Sanctioning Fees than what Lara would net. Get that out the way and then find a way to scoop up Adames WBC belt and you back in motion to maybe even take on Zayas at 160 and take advantage of his age and then that sets up a huge fight with the Boots/Virgil winner at 160.

All of this can happen in 2-3 years and I dont think is some outrageous stretch either.

i guess it depends on what he thinks 160 has to offer him in comparison to 154
