before the fight some of us were picking Albright or at least telling people to put him in their parlays. I couldnt really gauge how good he was off his previous fights but watching this fight it looked to me as if he is a better fighter than Frank and by a good margin. he made a ton of mistakes in there and still almost got the win. most of his issues look like they can be attributed to him needing better training/coaching. its probably too late now but fundamentally, he didnt fight a great fight. he didnt use his reach as he should have and I dont know if it was because he was gassed or had a cheap-ass mouthpiece or a combination of both but that was a definite equipment issue. I think Frank's polish and conditioning saved him, even though he isnt the best with either it was enough to offset Albright's mistakes.

I would love to see Albright with the Bomac team. One thing about Bomac is that he is very good at taking natural talents and molding them into fundamentally sound fighters, like he did with Bud and Keyshawn. Albright has so many gifts that need to be unlocked. He doesn't know when to dial in those gifts at the right time of the fight. Man, him with Bomac he can literally be a World Champion. No bullshyt
Albright literally is that good, just as you described. Sadly, I dont envision him changing his team at this point. Also, I am not sure if Albright is a full time fighter. He was in good shape but I wouldnt say he was in elite shape, hard to say. but get a better mouthpiece...smh

Bakram got fukked over bad in this situation.
There was a second Ball knockdown that would have won him the fight, as well as that peculiar 10/10 card in the 12th from one judge.
If Bakram was more connected to/ in bed with the right organisations, he gets that rematch.
Instead he will be lucky to get anything other than step aside money for the rest of his career.

Bahkram is unfortunately never going to get a title shot for years
Fun to watch but not fun enough to care if he gets a rematch or even contend for a title again.
Wouldn't mind seeing Kelly against Fundora or Zayas for some unification type shyt.
