Now i know in the US you'll got different sporting commissions in the various states but still rules are rules and both Haye/Delboy disgraced boxing and particularly British Boxing. If they held the fight anywhere else there wouldnt be that much fallout, its jsut Warren & Haye basically exploiting a loophole and basically making any rules and power the BBoC have useless.
