fat dan spitting the truth about that garbage card...
yall better not support that card..so they get the message.
I completely agree with Dan on how shytty that card is but Espinoza's tweet made me laugh.Fat Dan been beefing With Espinoza since Saturday
He was bytching about SHO having the Canelo DLH interview before the main event
He tweeted SHO needs to program better
Espinoza tweeted Dan needs to write better articles![]()
I think this is probably more of a Haymon/Espinoza idiotic long-term plan to build up interest for the Peterson/Garcia fight than Oscar imitating Bob Arum.I already want Richard back at GBP
I'm not sure how much influence Oscar has on this card, but this shyt has his name all over it. From the few interviews I've seen of Oscar "the promoter" over the years, he kind of thinks like Arum.
Oscar did not want that Canelo-Lara fight at all. He even did an interview a couple months back where he couldn't hide his dislike for that fight. In fact, him & Richard kind of got into it over that. Richard will make the tough fights.

Well nobody has ever given a damn about Lamont Peterson and after that dismal coming out party in Puerto Rico against El Dandy, Swift needs career rehab because his mystique is diminished.Could be, but what fights have Haymon/Espinoza really been building up lately?
Again, I'm not even sure how much influence Oscar even had on this card, but if you just listen to the nygga talk with his promoter hat on, I wouldn't be surprised.
Who are you to doubt El Dandy?Well nobody has ever given a damn about Lamont Peterson and after that dismal coming out party in Puerto Rico against El Dandy, Swift needs career rehab because his mystique is diminished.
So feed these two guys some stiffs on the same card to try and create the image that these are two top flight fighters on a collision course to a title unification bout that will be a contest for the ages!!!!!
“They didn’t make the Mikey Garcia [vs. Gamboa] fight, because Top Rank was afraid Mikey was going to lose that fight. They’re not protecting Terence Crawford the way they protected Mikey Garcia because I don’t think it’s the same sort of asset. So Terence Crawford is in the lion’s den.”
Hopefully......

According to multiple sources, middleweights Gabriel Rosado and Bryan Vera have agreed to face each other in the main event of the August 16 installment of Big-Knockout Boxing. Though no official announcement has been made by the organization, a source with knowledge of the bout agreements confirmed to FightHype.com that both fighters have signed their contracts. For those that are unfamiliar with the organization, make no mistake about it, this won't be your typical boxing match.
Developed and owned by DIRECTV, Big-Knockout Boxing is described as "an aggressive new sport, matching up two fighters who face off in 'The Pit,' a smaller fighting surface that forces more pound-for-pound action than traditional boxing." The sport was sanctioned by the Nevada State Athletic Commission earlier this year. Although traditional boxing rules apply, as previously mentioned, instead of a ring, the fights take place in a circular pit, with no ropes whatsoever, and they consist of seven 2-minute rounds. Fighters use specially designed gloves that reportedly have less padding in the knuckle area.
We're told that the event will take place at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada and will be televised on pay-per-view by DIRECTV. Rosado and Vera will reportedly face each other at 160 pounds and the BKB middleweight title will be on the line.
