Judo too. My throwing coach was an Olympian from Cuba. Judo in Cuba is huge and goes way back, Maeda {the Judoka who taught Carlos Gracie} lived in Cuba before he ever went to Brazil.

Got dayum that ass whipping gets even worse then.

A random wino on the corner starts unleashing jabs and crosses and finishes you off with a German Suplex. :russ:

:mjlol: at random streets in Cuba looking like a level from Streets of Rage or Final Fight.

I know in Florida you can always run into random heads that were ex Military or ex fighters, but in Cuba there's prolly a former amateur champ in every 3 mile radius.

Bread drops a good breakdown of Crawford/Gamboa
http://boxingtalk.com/pag/article.php?aid=26595

If Gamboa wasn't so inactive I'd pick him, but dude fights like once a year and wins so-so struggle decisions. I also I don't think Crawford looked as good as he should have against Burns even though he clearly won. The fight was actually competitive as hell for the 1st 4-5 rds. Beltran was less regarded and handled Burns much easier.

I just hope we get a good fight even though I'm picking Crawford to win.

So, Lara's gonna receive an embarassing boxing lesson in 8 out of 12 rounds:sas2:
I think Lara gets his ass whooped, it just would be better tv if Canelo lost thats what i'm hoping for in spite of what I know is going to take place when they square off:manny:

Who you got though?

Im thinking this is an underrated great fight, that isnt getting the hype it deserves. Im hoping Gamboa can finally rise up and stake his claim as the best fighter at 135 (its either Mikey Garcia, Gamboa, or Crawford...even though Crawford is moving up to 140 after this fight).

If Crawford wins this, Im gonna be fully sold on him and he's officially the goods like @synistr been saying since last year.

I rated Gamboa as my top lightweight because of his talent and what he has done so far but this is where he has to make his stamp. The winner of this fight is the best lightweight in my eyes and that will be TCraw. This fight has the potential to be a stinker though. Gamboa has nt shown much killer instinct to me in his past few fights. Crawford has the ability to be a P4P guy I say...but he was more tentative against Burns than I expected. This is an opportunity for either fighter to seize the moment and make their names much more recognizable.

Only thing is that this is Crawford's last fight at 135, so even if he wins, we STILL looking for who's really the best at 135.

We'll be 1 step closer to Broner vs Crawford though breh since they'll both be in same weight class :youngsabo:
