What's going on in Charlotte this weekend everybody?

I haven’t seen anything special but I’m trying to hit up a couple events to take pictures. There’s some Asian festival going on at Ramsey Creek Park in Cornelius and a Cuban festival at a restaurant in the Steele Creek area. I haven’t heard of anything big going on but I’ll look.

EDIT: I forgot about NASCAR. That’s going on too but I doubt anybody in this group cares including me lol. Concord Mills is about to be more popping than usual though.

So like..... as most of y’all know.

I’m originally from SouthSide Winston-Salem.

And I never say just WS, I always say SouthSide cuz that’s what I rep and always will rep.

And the last few time I go home, i always see some fukkery, just Tues I was home and trynna find a parking spot at Walmart.

Then hear a honk on another aisle, I look up and see a car of white boys sticking they middle fingers out to a car of black dudes behind them.

Then the black dudes start pulling out guns and I hear “yea get out the car fakkit” to which the whites boys not wanting them problems speed off almost hitting some Mexicans

I leave WS like at this fukkery.....

But then I come home to Charlotte

I don’t know if any of y’all ever been in West Charlotte after dark but


I just dropped my assistant coach off who lives of or near Rozelle Ferris RD and HOLY shyt after dark

That’s all I can say

Nah chica, you need razorblade status. (My brother taught me how to carry it undetected when I was little and started riding those NY subways by myself.) ... so if someone were to walk up on you. Buck Fifty- outline and etch -a -sketch his face to defend yourself against his reckless violating ass. Or know how to use your housekey/car key, whatever keys in between two knuckles on your finger to stab that m'fer in the eye, gouge it.

Yep. My career is videographer for the news abd I’m trying to learn how to take stills. I’m still amateur status but people are saying I’m getting better. I made it my hobby and I get paid off of it sometimes.

So I work for the news..

I went out there one night free a dude was killed and was getting video of the scene. We hear gunshots and they were kinda close to us. You know the cops can be extra so they’re running to figure out what’s going on and they ran up on this dude walking through an auto shop that was right there. If he didn’t put his hands up I know he would’ve got lit up by them cops smh. The seat dudes took our keys and drove all the media cars to us. They were extra AF lol.

Also in a separate incident, a dude got shot in a car on the same road and they left his body slumped over in the car. The guys mom was mad and she started yelling at the cops then others started yelling... it was a crazy night.

I remember back in like 08.... I was coming back from this chicks house that like way up Brookshire I used to rock with.

And heading back I stop at that gas station across from that BK.

So I’m feeling up looking at my phone then I here some screaming and “put you’re weapon down”

I turn around and see a stand-off at like 10 cops had they guns out and aimed at this one dude hiding behind a car with a gun.

And they way shyt was directional. The cops was aiming my way and towards the gas station and Buddy was crouched like where I could see him full view.

I can’t front, I was fukking terrified cuz I was at that VERY last pump across from the BK and if they started shooting I’m DEAD in the line of Fire.

Man I was quickly as fukk just trynna finish pumping and getting my black ass away from there as fast as possible cuz I ain’t know what the fukk was going on.

But you know that hood as BK across or beside that Gas station and across the street from that Jack in a Box
