check out this 20 year old nikka who's got a 11K a month penthouse. from the video, I can instantly tell it's in old town. not sure how he affords it

that's 202 w hill. across from walter payton college prep. gotta about three buddies that stay in the tower behind it at 1140 n wells. the complex is called old town park but it's south of division, so technically river north. old town doesn't start until you cross north of division. it's actually quite a few black professionals that stay in that complex. this dude cumberbatch sells courses.
