that's 202 w hill. across from walter payton college prep. gotta about three buddies that stay in the tower behind it at 1140 n wells. the complex is called old town park but it's south of division, so technically river north. old town doesn't start until you cross north of division. it's actually quite a few black professionals that stay in that complex. this dude cumberbatch sells courses.
