surprised the QB came when his father was saying he has to get on the field

That was my thoughts too. I’m thinking clear communication was set that he waits another year and compete for the following season. I’m not sure how this plays out.

Got a bad feeling about these nikkas and they daddy :hubie:

I agree, I know Prime had to be very clear that he’s sitting this year. I have to assume Prime vetted this out thoroughly because this could end badly.

Jimmy Horn might be fighting for his life next year

I like Jimmy but he was far too quiet in too many games for a kid that has NFL aspirations. He needs to bulk up and get stronger through his hands. Way too many drops in critical situations last year. I like the competition they’re bringing in, the kid from Tulane that they have on a visit this weekend is supposed to be good too.

yea Brazzell looks like a future pro, you can see the WR types they've been targeting in the portal that they're trying to get bigger and longer at WR

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
One thing I will say. The biggest difference in the transfer portal this year are the ratings.

Most of the players they got last year had ratings on the mid to upper 80’s. More importantly, the biggest metric is most of those player ratings dropped from coming out of high school to going to Colorado. And most of them had been in school for 3 to 4 years.

This year is different. More players rated in the 90’s, and just about all of their ratings had increased since high school.

Isn't this kid supposed to be one of the best Wideouts in the portal?

I think the most important thing is he’s 6’3 200 lbs.

No disrespect but even with Travis Hunter, their WR corps looked like high school players. Too short and too frail.

In fact most of Colorados roster was simply too small (pause) at every position.

That’s why teams pushed them around so much. That roster probably goes undefeated in the SWAC but not in a power 5.
