Half the roster this year consisted of freshman and sophomores. so it's really going to boil down to their progression this spring. They shouldn't need to have any massive overhauls again. That's why I didn't expect them to get no more than 15 - 20 signings. So far they got 13 who signed. They lost a corner to USC and one player still hasn't signed.
Got got more depth/talent signed on the offensive line. They got their QB. Skill positions are always something they can get in the portal, but they still have a lot of talent that were freshman/sophomores.
Branch did sign. They got everyone except Alex and NOB.
Michigan is in desperation mode. They've been used to 10+ winning seasons and fresh off a national title. They don't want this year to be the new normal.
they really gotta get LBs, I don't know if Woods and Brown were redshirting with the hope of returning next year for more playing time but they really shouldn't be playing at all outside of special teams if CU wants to contend for a B12 title
I don't think the freshmen were going to do anything anyways...so I expect them to solve the problem in the portal... I think Wester will have a spot on lock also but they need about 2 or 3 more guys

It should be an NCAA requirement not to do that.yea unfortunately there are still Pac12 bowl tie-ins and the teams that came over from there last year like CU/AZ/AZ State are still connected to the Pac12.
