:russ:He’s going in, but I agree with all of it.

The offense is ass. The offensive unit puts up points in spite of this offensive system because of the talented skill players.

Coach Prime gotta address this in the offseason.

Deion and his coaching philosophy seems at odds with what they need. Remember earlier when he was talking shyt about “schemes” and how it’s really about personnel. Well when you aren’t going to have the personnel the scheme is what will save your ass. But to win consistently you need both!

I'm glad he got a mobile QB for next year. No way Juju would be able to cover for the lack of running game next year like Sheduer.

Deion gotta find a coach that has a scheme they can coach and play through. Watching Colorado on offense, I don’t think anyone knows what they are trying to do. They don’t run the ball with any sort of purpose. It’s like they run the ball only when enough people on twitter complain about it, so they can pass the next 20 plays. Their yards come from street plays where shyt is busted and someone just gets open. You can’t survive on that!

Coach Prime’s offensive philosophy is based around developing Shedeur, and letting their talented receivers do their thing after the catch.

Part of that development is allowing Shedeur to have way more freedom than any QB in college football. This may pay off when he’s in the NFL, but it definitely came with a price at the collegiate level, which is why the offense looked completely disjointed at times.

He gives him the freedom of a Brady/Manning.

I’m looking forward to the next phase.

hope I'm wrong but I think it's gonna have the opposite effect for him at the next level. Getting him paired with the right OC is gonna be crucial to his success, dude had way too much free reign imo
