Shedeur gotta learn to throw the ball away. Plus side is that he hangs in the pocket and keeps his eyes downfield. Also a blessing in disguise that he DOES NOT have Deion's speed. If he could run like his pops AT QB....he'd be Michael Vick. Hard not to use your legs if you run 4.2; being slower forces him to stay in the pocket which will help him long run.

Can't tell if the offensive line issues are more coaching, talent or both.

Crossing routes? Not surprised. Deion himself was weakest (relatively speaking) at anything to the inside. Mainly slants, but the idea is the same.

The only issue I see with Deion in recruiting is the opposition will question how long he is going to stay after his sons leave. They always find something to negative recruit with. But he can counter that with being able to get players to the NFL.
