The profit margins are razor thin in dropshipping unless you find a niche or a good supplier
may be best to try the youtube method but do music instead. maybe YT would be less strict if i try someone independent like Young MA
i can also buy some youtube views. theysaid its not technically illegal to do that for YT but it depends on how you do it. but the basic act of paying on one of those sites to get views

Yeah they are less strict on independent music, I have a channel that has an old hip hop DVD with some big names being interviewed and I have never gotten flagged for it, and it makes about 5 bucks a month
So I think uploading obscure DVDs from back in the day can work
I'm not sure what you mean by paying for views that would be hustling backwards

Also another thing to elaborate about dropshipping and why you should do it
it's not for the money, it's just for presenting yourself as a legit business
If you are a registered business or even better a corporation, you can use dropshipping to create legitimate documented revenue
This is important in developing business credit because most business lenders will want to have proof of revenue.
So let's say you have a business idea, and you need 10-20k, you can get just use your dropshipping business as a front of a high volume business to get a business loan,
outside of banks there are a lot of lending companies that will lend you money if you can prove revenue
And trust when you register as a corporation or a business they will hit you up
But the above idea is just for people that need money for a real business idea and are willing to take a loan out or want to increase your business credit

well how exactly are you defining a niche? give some examples of these easy niches?
cuz that's like saying I found a "niche" selling orange juice, the hard part is marketing.....
a niche, the way im using it, has to be something that you can find a supplier that is selling it for cheap and that its a product that isnt already being flooded by domestic and chinese sellers

I dropship from china... everything is cheapbut you can dropship from sites like ebay, amazon and etsy.
finding products isnt that hard...
novelty tshirts - 4 months still selling
fidget cubes - hot AF right now, 3 months in and still selling.
3d lamps - 2 months still selling
just go on flippa.com and search dropshipping, all the 'niches' you want there to pick from... just look on there to seee whats hot and I make your own version
I'm not disputing being able to find stuff to sell and generate revenue, I'm just saying the profit margins are thin in dropshipping
You can sell thousands of dollars, but what is the profit?

shipping breh... most products have no shipping cost.. the customer dont know that thocharge $5-10 shipping + you make minimum $10 off the product.. fidget cubes are like $3 and sell for up to $20
you can get away with shipping fees if you are doing dropshippng from your own site but not on ebay or amazon unless its, like i said, a niche product
for example, your fidget crystals are going for cheap on ebay with free shipping Fidget Cube Toy Stress Relief Focus for Adults Children 6 ADHD & Autism | eBay
and amazon
to sell from your own site and not use amazon or ebay you need a steady stream of customers, which means you have to pay for advertising which costs a lot, which means low profit margins
im not knocking your hustle, i think if you do find the right product you can make money, but overall dropshipping has low profit margins
i would encourage people to get involved in dropshipping just to build your business revenue and business credit, and if you get lucky you can hit a jackpot
