Lyft never existed in any country that I've been to outside of the states.
Getting an Uber Black or XL might be a quicker ride in some cases but most uber drivers have the smallest subcompact car they can get.
Just spent a day in Athens and 6 days in Mykonos.
Food: not much variety, but had some solid meals. Souvlaki, gyros, seafood were all good
Beaches: top tier, only bested by Thailand’s imo. Lots of beach clubs, where you have to pay for sunbeds, some of have order minimums…but there’s also free areas when you can post up with your towel.
Hotels: Mykonos is a pretty small island, so not many lodging options. I stayed two nights in the old town area, very basic hotel was like $200/night. The other 3 nights I used Hilton points at a 5 star property at the top of a mountain. Had my own jacuzzi with panoramic views
Getting around: if you want to see the whole island, you’d need to rent a car or plan accordingly with the bus system. Very windy, steep, narrow roads, no guardrails, etc…so don’t drink & drive

Tokyo, tons to see, recommend 2-3 nights to get the minimum experience.
Bullet Train to Osaka, 2 nights there at least. Bullet train to Nagano to see the mountain snow monkeys. I'll go into a Lil further detail when u tell me how long
I'm going to Kyoto from March 8 to 10, Osaka from 3/10 to 3/12, and Tokyo from 3/12 to 3/16.
