My legs are my strongest body part friend.
Deadlifts/squats
I never did those much in weigh training class back in high school. But, when I did do them, I was better at it than half the class.
You know how? Cuz of not even workouts... just cuz I used to live near a big ass hill
And as early as 7/8yrs old we'd ride our bikes up it (A regular road, just hella steep)
I recall exactly how we'd make it at first, riding zig zag up the hill cuz it was too tough.
After a while, I'd just ride straight up the hill while standing of course. But it was nothing
I believe that is the main reason why I've always had a strong base. Gym didn't have nothing to do with it
Just giving examples of why you don't need a GYM to get fit. Its great for equipment
But we as a society, we smarter now. We now understand better that to get results, you have to mix it up.
I don't recall that being preached as much 10/20yrs ago. Not even in weight training class
Some people are out here trying to build muscle breh, which you cant do with this

. I ordered a X1 so I might try it for cadio reasons tho.
You will build muscle, breh

Even if you didn't have dumbbells. But if you do, then of course that will add to it.
You don't need a gym for dumbbells bruh. Just bench. I've done P-90 before, I can guarantee you, if you stick with any of these workouts for a month.. say two months tops?
You'll look more ripped than you ever did (unless you already this ripped deebo ass nikka)
Cuz you will lose a ton of body fat, and you will build up them muscles that you normally don't work out as much.
Whats your gamertag.. it keeps track of everyone on your friends list so you can compete.
It'll give you challenges mid workout, like saying "PS4 got 70,853pts on this exercise"
Mentally you'll be like "Ok, can't let this muthafukka beat me" and you might push yourself a lil harder. Trill Story
