Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
It's a shame they axed the franchise, imagine how dope it would be if CH was still around and worked with the NBA Myplayer so that you could declare for the draft early or stay in college and get your attributes higher. The longer you stay the lower your potential drops and the more scrutiny the scouts have on your game, the earlier you leave the lower your skills are but the higher your potential :wow:

To start out the game you can play in your HS state tourney to determine your stats & which schools are recruiting you, then all-american game if you were good enough :wow: Your answers to questions determine which schools want you if you're a 1 and done player or a guy that will stay longer.

im far behind with this.

the 2011 draft was WIERD.
- patrick patterson was the #1 pick to the hornets.
- the only huge name that went high was kevin love at #2 to the pacers.

- i cleaned up. i got larry sanders at 8, derrick rose at 12(smh) and eric gordon at like 26th. i won rookie of the year with rose, the same way i won college player of the year the last 2 years & freshman of the year in '08 with him. now i have rose, iverson & melo all playing side-by-side!!! my favorite players of the past 3 eras.

- blake griffin was late 1st round.
- beasley went in the 2nd round, AFTER walker & pullen went in the 1st round. it worked out for him tho, cuz he ended up on a dope jazz team that needed a starting SF.
- mayo & harden got drafted in the 40s and got 1-year deals.

2012 college season ended up wide-open.
final four was sec vs big east
syracuse(only user team that made it that far) beat kentucky
florida beat villanova
syracuse beat florida in the chip.

on the nba side. we finally got a new champ in 2012. the pistons won the 1st four titles. nobody could beat him in a series, until that sixers team i mentioned finally knocked him out in the eastern conference finals. and it was the same sixers team i listed a few pages ago with the addition of drafting paul george in 2011. pistons getting :old: sixers had an easy path in the finals. i dont know how the spurs made it out the west. that squad they have isnt hard to beat.

2012 DRAFT WAS ANOTHER WIERD ONE.
festus ezeli drafted at #1 to the blazers.
:wtf:

i need to find ncaa 09 or 10....no way in hell im paying these stupid ass prices the folks on amazon asking for and i really dont trust amazon (mainly because i've never used it)

i was at gamestop asking about ncaa10 recently.

they didnt have anymore of them, and they said that the price for that game is UP now. i guess since it was the last one.

everybody says you cant port players on there, but it was the last college bball game, so i want it. plus its got the 1st calipari kentucky team on there, lance stephenson, derrick favors, etc should all be on there as freshmen.

Is CH 2k8 the best installment? I had the two previous years and loved those games. One of my favorite Legacy features is once you become a powerhouse, not only did your assistant coaches get hired as head coaches at other schools but they took your game strategies and philosophies also. You basically created your own coaching tree. So if you ran the UCLA High post, 1-3-1 D and pressed after every made basket, they ran that as a head coach too.

i went back & copped the 2k7 & 2k6 joints, even have the 2k6 on 2 different systems.

never got around to playing any of them. didnt even test em. theyre in the stash tho. i plan dip n dab in the dynasty modes of all those games.

i think somebody mentioned 2k7 in this thread.

Washington, DC -
The Howard Bison have just decided on their new coach for the upcoming 2007-2008 season. The Tigers have hired an unknown by the name of Avery Francis. Francis, who is 27 years old, has been coaching Division 2 Basketball in Washington at DC University for the past four years after he graduated from Howard University. Francis is known for his hustle in practice and acute intelligence has had many compare him to former Georgetown Hall Of Fame head coach and DC legend John Thompson who Francis was a graduate assistant while coaching at Georgetown says his offense is different. "Do we both play hustle Basketball while emphasizing on personal and Basketball development and giving players 2nd chances" he said. "Yes, but I like to go inside more and then kick the ball outside. I also utilize more dribble drives and kick the ball out to open shooters. They are similar on the box score, but different in the game."

Francis was very excited about the opportunity. "Howard is a Black Ivy school and I believe it is a privilege to be coaching for such an important institution within our community" he said. "I cannot wait!"

Francis's Coaching Ratings
Offense: C
Defense: C-
Teaching: C+
Scouting: C
Charisma: C
Discipline: C-
Overall: C

After several months on the job Coach Francis gives his opinion on this upcoming season a quick report on all of the Howard Bison's for this upcoming season.

After team trip from Africa in the Cape Verde and playing summer games as well as Fall Basketball and tryouts.

J. Hearn (56)- Julius is a quick athletic PG who is a quality slasher. We are happy to have him in the starting five.

T. Timothy (60)- Torrance was a good high school player. He was a star at Penn Wood HS and we look forward to seeing how he can add value to our team.

E. Myatt (63)- Geno has a solid jumper, good defender and a heady player.

R. Hampton (61)- Randy is a good MEAC player. He is a savvy vet and he can do a lot of everything.

A. Walker (56)- Adam is a sound all-around player who we feel has the potential to be one of the better players in the MEAC when his career is done.

K. Riley (57)- Kyle was a good HS player from the famed Pike HS. He's a fantastic athlete and we think he can develop into a top tier defender at Howard. He was a teammate of Wake Forest signee Jeff Teague.

C. White (56)- Is a very good shooter. We have high expectations for Curtis.

D. Davis (55)- Nique is our special defensive sub and we are happy to have him on this team.

J. Smith (55)- Jeron is a walk-on who redshirted and really has developed into a smart player who is hustle minded.

A. Thomas (54)- Anthony is an outstanding rebounder with good speed, athleticism and hustle. He must get larger if he expects to play this season.

K. Muddle (54)- Kandiman is a player with nice size (6'8, 215) and is still learning the game from the Ivory Coast (Cote D'Ivore).

P. Kirkpatrick (49)- Paul has excellent size(6'9, 220) gives us versatility off the bench.

A.Q. Players: I.E. created players who are under redshirts walk-on for till Midnight Madness.

S. Moreland (78)- Drae is an amazing Basketball player. The stud C has elite size (6'10, 255) and is an elite level low post player and passer. He has a chance to make it to the NBA when his career is finished at Howard.

Kenneth G. (77)- Kenny is an amazing Basketball player. The under-recruited SG has elite size (6'6, 190) and elite athlete, shooter, and rebounder for the position but he needs to improve in focus and defense. He reminds me of the NBA's J.R. Smith.

K. Wilson (75)- Mr. Wilson as his teammates call him is a fantastic player. He didn't play organized Basketball till last season at Centennial High School in Roswell, Ga. He had a fantastic season and received interest from North Carolina, Georgia, and Memphis but his grades currently going through the clearinghouse with Kenneth and Drae. Hopefully they will be eligible for this season. He has shades of NBA great Dominique Wilkins in his skill-set.

Preseason Starting Five:

PG: Hearn

SG: Timothy

SF: Hyatt

PF: Hampton

C: Walker

Bison Win! Bison Win! We’re going dancing! Howard ends Norfolk State’s Cinderella run in the MEAC Tourney

Mercer844810802_0.gif

RALEIGH, NC- The Georgia trio of Kenneth G, Drae Moreland and Mr. Wilson lead the Bison to their fourth MEAC championship in RBC Center. After only winning six games in 2007, the mighty Bison won 22 games out of their 35 games to give them their best season since 1987 when they went 24-4. After struggling during the 2nd half of their conference as most young teams do, they recovered just in time during the MEAC tournament. Kenneth C averaged 20+ during the entire tourney and Moreland averaged almost a triple double a game as well. This was Coach Avery Francis first season and it was a massive success. He has a great team coming back in 2008 so we expect this team to win a lot of games in the future. Howard draws Marquette in the 1st round as a 15th seed.
