All of that does not matter when there is video footage of him hitting her unprovoked. Mushed, pushed or whatever else you want to call it, he put his hands on her and even if that was her goal well he gave her what she wanted.

Not according to the Courts

Context matters.

It's difficult for someone to argue they are a victim of an unprovoked attack if they are acting in a provocative, aggressive, or threatening manner. If they are, for instance, following someone around after being asked to stop, putting their finger in/on someone's face, threatening to kill them or have them killed, or otherwise acting in a way a reasonable person would find unreasonable, alarming, or threatening.

If said person also has a history of acting this way with others...it matters.

Not the best look for anyone involved, but obviously the court heard the facts and decided against any sort of legal action. Corey was upfront about what happened when it happened.

Where do you see all that you are alleging that possibly could happen on that footage? In all of his ramblings Corey never said she struck him or made immediate and believable threats, so why even bring that up? We clearly see him not close to her, walk in her face and strike her. That is not the actions of someone that is in fear or trying to protect themselves, it is the actions of someone that is angry and can't control himself.

As far as a criminal case not happening who cares, it is a civil one that matters and even if she does not win that, the cost of defending yourself and reputation damage was not worth touching her in the first place.

The video shows her putting her finger in/on his face.

During previous shows he detailed everything and mentioned she wouldn't leave him alone, kept arguing and getting in his face, made threats and jokes about killing him, and so on. She also seems to have a history of such behavior according to the people who spoke on the show.

Dude said she went to jail for getting into it with the guy who was trying to protect her on the video. :gucci:

Again, not the best look, but the footage isn't of Corey walking down the street mushing some random woman in the face.

Are you retarded? When does she put a finger in his face? Right after he walks over and invades her space:

If this was a man no one would have any issue for them socking Corey as soon as he got within striking distance. You are arguing with someone then get in their face? People have got their ass beat for less. That is threatening behavior and you can't say it is not.

If she was being that disruptive then fukking leave, why give her what she wants? It is not a good look no matter how you try to frame it: Arguing with someone, getting in their face then striking them is not something that you can defend.

From the story being told, sounds like he walked away from her multiple times and asked her to leave him alone. She kept following and instigating.

Again, all of what you want to say...but the court did not file criminal charges. So there was obviously far more to this than what you see in a brief, likely edited, snippet.

Again, none of this is the best look, but there is no lowercase v or capital V victim here. Just a bunch of nonsense and a situation where one person has more to lose than the other and should probably figure out better ways of dealing with situations.

Then go home or leave the area. Someone talking shyt to you and following you around a little area is not a defense. If she was attacking him, hit the bytch. If she was preventing him from leaving the area physically, get her out of the way. But on the video it is clear she was doing nothing of the sort before he walked up and hit her.

Why do motherfukkers rather try to explain their fukked up actions rather than not do it in the first place? Hitting someone first on camera, in front of a place he works, in front of people he does that dumb shyt and for what? Cause a goofy bytch was talking reckless? Can't be me.
