Assuming he talking about it going bad for Corey if he goes at Ice T, probably has to do with street shyt. Apparently Ice T is really loved out there(west coast).

I remember reading a post from the entertainment insider ig account Artemous Gordon. It was about how there were 4 people in the west coast that were "good" anywhere in Cali. Not because they were some boogeymen, but because they were respected and people had that much love for them. I forgot the full four, but two were Ice T and WC.
