debating between Rowlett and Frisco to buy. I know it sounds like a no brainer but Frisco is already built up and may be congested soon where as Rowlett is still growing and will probably be the same level in 3-5 years. I also like how Rowlett in only 25 min from Downtown Dallas via i30
