Not surprising, a lot of DC residents are ending up in Charles. PG is already established so it might cost a bit more versus the new developments down in Waldorf.

It’s kinda trippy actually, for the longest Charles was like proper south nothin but white folks and confederate emblems. If PG is the 9th ward then Charles is close to being 10th ward almost all the GoGos are in Waldorf now and PG too bougie to keep up. Not to mention, they gentrifying the inner Beltway PG residents out which might also be driving up the increase in Charles.
