Actually I don’t think I’ve ever been to Charles county

I go about once a year cuz my auntie is out there. Ain't nothing really out there but they're developing.


But when I read that post I literally thought to myself "God damn that's a long ride"



Jamaican food is pretty easy to get in both Baltimore County and pg county.

Yes. Some of us call it Shootland for a reason. Believe it or not, Suitland was even worse in the ‘90s and early ‘00s especially when the Homer Ave projects were still around. Suitland nikkas used to stay beefing with some of the worst hoods in DC and PG without giving a single fukk. I know most of them Census Bureau employees who weren’t from there used to be shook waiting at the Metro station across the street from their building back then Suitland’s calmed down a lot tho thankfully but it’s still grimy as hell, so watch your back if you’re looking into properties there.

the wharf is a whole new neighborhood now. I went over there during thanksgiving...blew my mind. Two hotels, condos, at least 5 restaurants...Kith & Kin is an upscale African/seafood spot owned by a breh who was on Top Chef...food is great

Old school wharf still there with the fish market. New wharf is dope af in the summer time with that rooftop bar at the top of the hotel. The view is sick

If you can it's better to Uber/Metro. That parking garage at the new wharf is straight robbery.
I was kickin it on a date one day.

We spent about 4 hours there. Headed back to the car. I stuck my ticket in the machine and that bytch said $25 !

Eh, I don't drink so I don't do bars or clubs. I'm not a social guy anyway...maybe a BBQ or some shyt in the summer.

We don't always go to bars. We do a lot of stuff. We're been out to the casino, haunted houses, each others homes etc. We even went to the spa once. lol

Went there a couple of months ago and I can't eat jerk chicken from anywhere else now.

If it's that good I'm going have to try it. Haven't been to that area yet...

You could still consider it. Even though it’s in a different hood, Iverson Mall up the street from Suitland is being redeveloped. They’ve already put down a Tropical Smoothie, Wing Stop, and Chipotle over there. Never would’ve thought I’d see something like that at that mall, let alone in Temple Hills.
