This is true.

Although, probably in the grand scheme of of things, the whole DC Metro area will go through more and more economic gentrification. Falls Church and Alexandria still have parts that I'm sure are planned for reconstruction.

the harbor is excellent for dates especially if they hungry...actually not very big once u park and walk around...really pretty at night...and u can sit outside n chat n such by the water on the dock
