DC area as a whole is solid for Blacks. I, personally would stray away from NoVA though. A little to yuppie for me. Also too “sterile” for my liking.

Which makes it even more crazy considering that she from like Michigan Park or Woodridge. Even tho that’s one of the “clean” parts of Northeast, all the carry outs in those two neighborhoods been serving mumbo sauce for years. Hell you can find mumbo sauce in some carryouts even in the more “clean”/boujee parts of PG. So for her to never be familiar with mumbo sauce until her adult life is just wild.
