Get off for work at waterfront. The ruffians on the green line are all south of the navy yard stop

Silver Spring is good, but to be honest, DC got gentrified off something heavy. People talk about NYC, but DC is probably worse. If a Dem wins 2020, then it’s a wrap.

But to answer your question, Hyattsville is a good spot just on the edge of DC. There are still some places around Shaw that sre pretty good. SE is still a strong hold.

One black stronghold is Largo. I know quite a few young black professionals in that area.
