Mt. Rainier and Hyattsville got the affordable rents without being too hood or too far away from DC.
New Hyattsville is beautiful . I got some friends with cribs that way .

I got people in Rainier. I’m sick of Maryland lowkey but there and Hyattsville is prolly the closest you’ll get to the best of both worlds. Plus it’s hella 20-30 somethings so it’s more inviting imo.
