Everything shifted to Columbia heights...There still some dope spanish spots right there on columbia road...i see bukom and the other ethi/eri spots still holding on though
Honestly I dont see why AM would'nt be a good spot...Its not really poppin compared to other areas in the city but from what i see there is still a decent crowd and you still got the surrounding neighborhoods plus the u st is right there etc....either way if your product is official people will def come out

For retail foot traffic, I would look more into Columbia Heights, certain parts of Georgia Ave, Shaw, 14th St., Historic Anacostia, and Chinatown.

Yeah I think the majority of them retreated out to MoCo and PG. Mount Pleasant and Columbia Heights are still the main Latinx strongholds in DC. I still love Adams Morgan but it does suck at how yuppified it’s gotten over the last 7 to 8 years. Even the Sunday drum circle they be having at Malcolm X Park got a whole bunch of Cacs all up in that bamma now
