I'm old enough to remember elders and some reformed street dudes holding court in barbershops telling the young guys about the Crime Bill in the 1990s. What was about to come down.
Some listened, some didnt.
Speaking of the crack era, dude in video alluded to NG being sent in to DC in that era. Wasnt aware of that, but state troopers and national guard were activated to secure some housing projects in different cities during that bloody era.
That YT channel is telling 9 to 5 dudes, and dudes on the fence what's about to come down, and to move accordingly. Strongly hinting to them to stay away from the dudes who are in the streets.
Trump gave the NG and other forces the greenlight to look for any reason to lock as many people up as possible.

lol, them fools rushed the fukk out of a condo on Florida Ave by Union Market last night. It had to be like 1am and I was riding good ol cap city bikes back from the gym. They was posted on the end of my block the night before and I made it a point to spark two jays on the stoop. fukk outta here
