Looks like FBI (freeze frame at the start), but them Alphabet folks being teaming up with whoever for whatever.
I don't get the flash grenades though...
Edit - if that's where I think it is, it's like a couple blocks up from the Library, and I often see action in that area. (and also further down by that gambling spot/graffit'd out laundromat)

Weather is depressing gotta finish homework forgot my charger in DC had to come back then head back to my girls in VA saw many cars get stuck on the freeway. Lots of plow truck out though. Yall be safe.
