Here's how: (taken from CAG)

OK this is what I did

Take 3-5 minutes, browse the 4 games you really, really want

Now

Add 3 of the 4 games into your cart, just in case deal is dead or you get locked into (hopefully you won't at least you'll get a game free)

Go to checkout
You have to place the order, you will get charged, my Chase account did
I went to the order in my order history, clicked the check box next to each item
Clicked on prompt button stating I want to cancel these, I used the "Didn't Want" as to why
45 seconds later checking account credited

Now quickly shuffle those 3 + 1 games again into your cart, repeat checkout process, use points if you got 'em, look at those 2 freebees with $0.00 on them... Profit!
