It wouldn't shock me if they get Madame Rouge to do it, she seemed pretty smart and they still have the OG blueprints.

They made a point about the Brain not being able to replicate Nile’s understanding of magic infused in Robotman I thought it would make sense to bring back Niles.

Or maybe Vic and Silas will build him a new body.
