it's kinda weird data. I guess they're percentages, but none add up to 100%. Pakistan, the only country Romney 'won', shows around 11% support for Obama and around 15% for Romney, so are 75% "undecided"?
Your ancestral homeland also appears to have an unusual amount of Romney supporters.
