The most ironic thing about welfare is that most people who use it are Southern/Midwestern white people... who live in red states. :ohhh:

These people complain about welfare and food stamps while using them yet vote Republican on the regular, cheering for the same party who wants to get rid of it...

Living in Mississippi shows you how ridiculous some white people can be. They don't consider medicare, medicaid, vouchers, or social security to be government help YET will be the first to complain about black folks with food stamps in the projects.

People put their own prejudiced beliefs over their own way of living... it's ridiculous. :pachaha:

With that said, shout out to Obama for shutting it down again... 4 more years!

A man at my job was furious. Told me now all the money is going to welfare and that the united states has turned into a gimme state. Said the economy WILL NEVER RECOVER.

I think a lot of engineers will feel it because many make parts for defense and Obama is clipping a lot of military programs that will essentially put them out of jobs for making specific parts. The united states turning away from a war economy is going to be bad for the economy unless something less demonic can be put in place of it.

Sad, that people dont even realize they need the demonic realm to prosper. Maybe engineering talents can be pooled to make other things that are beneficial to friends, friends. Perhaps we should reboot our space program.
naw, the wars themselves cost more then they are actually bringing in. thats why the cost cut has to be made.

once you stop warring. you can then put your full attention on domestic issues and other things. if you have think tanks(engineers, etc) using up brain power to build a better weapon instead of doing more R&D for going green (wind, solar, hydro, etc). then all of a sudden they are freed up to think about something else. its a win domestically.

Some people.... At the election party, some guy walked by my table and told someone next me,

"I have a PhD. in engineering and I can't even find a job. I've been unemployed for a year and a half. I was talking to a manager at (Big company that I will not name), and they told me if Obama get's elected, I have no chance at a job with them. This country is fukked!"

Same entitlement attitude as the people on welfare. Dude is unemployed because he's freaking weirdo, which was obvious, not because of Obama.

:usure: McDonald & Burger King always hiring get it where ever you can.

Wassup with Florida though?

Nothing, Barack won but the Republican Governor is probably doing everything and anything to soften the Ether that Mitt got. They are looking for votes for him but they aren't there. Barack got a Historic Black and Latino Vote in Florida, they came out in numbers never seen before in Election History. He won Florida, they are in denial like Ohio last night. That's what I love most about this election. They did everything to stop Black and Latinos from voting with the Voter ID laws and Long Lines and we waited and came out in record numbers. The Game Has Changed.

Racist White America (Not the 40% that have moved on from race), it's over. Your time in Power is setting in America. A Black Man won the Presidency without a majority of the White Vote. Being mad and being upset isn't going to change it cause there will be more Black Prez, there will be a Latino Prez. This country is changing dramatically. Get on board or get left behind.

What's gonna happen to Herman Cain? Can he/will he likely run again in 2016?
