I saw it as him asking for representation. I've seen some Asians, Indians and Latinos complain about being overlooked in race relations and pop culture.
In fact part of Aziz creating Master of None is so Aziz could complain about people not getting upset when Asians and Indians get discriminated.
I know this is the wrong place to do it because its the coli and nuance means shyt, but while a lot of us (black people) may have been left out of oscar noms the past couple years, we should all be proud that a Latino director is a two-time oscar winner. That's astounding
