Drink plenty of water, should be half your body weight in water taken in daily. I use a teaspoon of Braggs apple cider organic vinegar in 10 oz glass of water each morning. I rarely eat processed foods and snacks like cookies potato chips basically anything that's boxed. Healthy skin starts from within (watch what you put inside your body) and then you can use external products to maintain outer appearance.

Facial/skin routine is simple, a facial cleanser, 100% Shea butter or cocoa butter a little bit of makeup and that's it. Adding too many products is a no go because my skin is sensitive and dry.

lip moisturizer: Cococare Aloe Vera Lip Balm. The only lip balm you will ever need.
beard maintenance: Aloe Vera + Tea Tree Oil to keep skin under beard healthy. Coconut Oil to maintain moisture throughout the day.
Oral health: Oil pulling with Coconut Oil for 20 mins. African Chewing Stick/Licorice Root when I'm chilling or doing stuff around the house. Some people like to use it all day. Whatever suits you.

I stopped using my retin a gel and now my skin looks :flabbynsick:
lol It's not that bad.
I do think it looked better when I used the retin a though. I plan on getting more and some vitamin C serum. & maybe even a few chemical peels.
What retin A do you use and what Vitamin C? also do you use tretinoin
I kinda of laugh at the people when they come to pharmacy and get there tretinoin cream and they find out it cost $100 plus.
tretinoin is 100+ every with basically the best insurance? and are you sure these people aren't specifically asking it for "cosmetic" reasons. if you tell your derm it's for anti aging and stuff it will be billed under something like cosmetic im sure instead of necessity. if you say for acne im sure it gets covered.

Yeah most of the scripts are coming from a dermatologist. I don't even think it matters what you specifify the use for insurance will still bill according to deductible. Since it still early in the year most people's deductibles are still outrageous and will be for months.
