i just don't understand how Foden doesn't start. i feel Southgate doesn't know how to utilise players who aren't your typical player position wise i.e a winger is a winger and a CM is a CM

any other country would have Foden starting

Tbf Foden has been mid in an England shirt.

Not sure if he knows how to operate outside of Citehs system or if its just southgates system that stifles him but either way he hasn't done bits for England.
