They were really boxed in this time. Not a lot of discretion. The rule is clear. Not that means a whole lot. But too many people were bringing up Lewis in Austria last year and his was not this bad.

Don't trust Gasly and Alonso is still prolly the quickest on the grid, not as cut and shut as it seems. At the same I can see Max getting a rush of blood and crashing out.
