These new drivers have no appeal. I know I come off like a hater sometimes... but the proof is in the numbers. I also read elsewhere there are about 10K tickets unsold. They're going to have to adjust pricing massively for next year's race

They thought they could get over on people off the Netflix buzz. I looked into the hotel packages super early and both the hotels AND F1 were going OD. They may get some vultures flying in last minute, but they can go nuts in Miami because there's rich folks that live there and will spend. People would be flying into Vegas to spend. The locals will say fukk off to a high ass price.

Thats the reason I didn't consider it. The prices were absurd and I never thought about it again.

I will go one year though, but just to be in Vegas for the event.

I live like 15 minutes from the Austin track. Those prices were high too and they came down the last week.

That's expected, Williams got fukked at Baku I think a few years back.

Watching back FP2 and this might be a rough race for George. Like 7 or 8 laps into his Medium run and he already killed his tires, they wanted a 17 lap stint from him. 4 laps into his Soft run and he did the same. Meanwhile I nearly fell asleep on Lewis Medium run with how rhythmic and consistent it was. If Lewis is the tire whisperer, George is that kid from class with no volume control skills . They pulled him back into the garage with like 6 minutes left on the clock, meanwhile Lewis was just getting started on the Soft run.
