not for rap music they aren't they're perfect. anyone who actually uses beats headphones....is a dumb ass. those shyts are LOUD, but have absolutely no bass or clarity.

Ive got studio dres and always loved them.

On boxing day i bought some sennheiser hd 429s. The dres blow them out of the water.

Cmon brehs, help me out I tried ATH M50s but I thought they were more geared towards studio and I couldn't hear the bass in songs so sent em back

the first week or two they are going to sound dull as fukk cause you have to break them in (google it).some say play white noise or your music for a whole day and just let it run.i just kept playin my music then them muthafukkas started to sound real good!Kendrick album sounds great on the M50s.

if the music your listening to dont have bass the M50s will tell you thats why they call them "studio headphones" cause they dont lie to your ears.once you break them in the bass and everything is clear and the bass knock like a muthafukka if the song your playin have bass.i keep the M50s at home cause them bytches is huge!i got a 5 dolla pair of ear buds in my pocket for when im out and about.

got the Monster iSport in ear monitors on the last day of boxing week. Don't like em more than the Klipsch s3's I had a year ago but fully pressed into your earlobe they sound alright. Bass is pretty mellow, and it seems like when you turn the volume up everything gets louder except the bass lol. Monster
