Wanted Google nest thermostat since I had other google products at home but was too many headaches with the wiring. Just got the ecobee and called it a day
Ecobees have been such a pain in the ass

We installed them in complex that we replaced all the HVAC in, they have just been malfunctioning left and right, tenants are to stupid to work them... we just started replacing them with old Honeywell non programmable t-stats instead

I’ve had the full homeowner’s experience this summer. Had to drop $2200 to fix my AC. Then another $2400 to put up a new fence in my backyard. Now I gotta get the crib pressure washed and clean out the gutters before fall comes back around.
Im replacing the fence next spring, told my neighbors if they wanna chip in cool... then they can pick the colors for their sides... if not then they get what color I pick for them :hubie:

They'll end up with the ugliest color I can find if they dont chip in :lolbron:

Doing labor myself, materials will run about $1000, 2 posts that are rotted out so to replace those, all the support beams, and fence planks... probably 4 hours after doing prep work pre-cutting and painting

Installing a window in the fence for neighbors dog to look through
