I just moved to a new city and I've yet to see anybody who looked like they was up to no good

order a pizza and ask the delivery guy where you can get some bud. if not. try again the next day with a different place till you get some kid that looks like hes stoned.

go out the back of a restaurant when the chefs are finished or having a break and they will probably be blazin up outside the back.

or walk around with a bob marley t shirt on and see if anybody approaches you.
