Best advice I can give is go to house parties. I've never been to a house party that was half way decent that didn't have some stoners smoking in a side room/outside. I don't care about the race or style of music pot heads will be there.

Also if you got patience hit up POF it's slightly dangerous (cause you might get got) and the bytches will over charge you. But trust you will run into some stoner chick who will sell you some weed if you ask her. Play it right though you might get some p*ssy.

I don't know anybody to be going to house parties and shyt. I got literally 0 contacts out here except old dominicans and our usual drug of choice is cafe con leche
