$60 a return. $450 for business tax returns
I charge $100 per return. I dont do business taxes, maybe I should look into that. I do it right on Taxact. It amazes me people wont take the time or wont get savvy enough with the internet to learn how to do it themselves. I got tired of my family asking me to do, I started charging their ass and it just went from there. I have about 15 people I do consistently but I average about 25 people a year. Its a nice quick buck.

I wanna claim my moving expenses so bad but i quit the job i moved out here for after 2 weeks and ive only been working part time since. I think i have to work 39 consecutive full time weeks in order to get that tax credit smh

I got an EFIN so I can take my my payment directly from their return. It usually takes me 15 min to do a regular return. Last year I averaged about 10 per day. And I was turning down clients. Business returns take longer. I did about 20 last season.
And yeah, the shyt is so simple. Easy money. Software now a days does everything for you. But I'm not complaining.

Going to look into that too. Thanks!! I'm not too worried about not getting my money. My people know I'm ignorant and will fight them about my money. Most of my people are family, friends and people they have referred to me. If I dont get my money from their referrals, they gotta pay me.
