I am not sure if it looks better than 4S design. A white version maybe, but this doesn't look good.

I dig the look if thats gonna be the final one. My only thing is with the metal back.....will there be any reception issues. looking forward to the bigger screen, cause lets face it......long overdue

This looks too much like the 4s imo.. This is what the 4S should have looked like, and the iphone 5 should have a completely new design

i restored my phone from an icloud back up now everytime i click my phone into itunes, it asks me to restore from one of the backups from my computer or to set it up as a new iPhone

icloud didnt have my songs and i want to transfer those to my phone

iCloud doesn't store your songs. You have to sign for iTunes Match I believe.

I am talking about back panel. This is the "black" version and most of its back panel has this fukked up color. Anyway, whats the point of longer screen? Its not that hard to scroll up and down.

I see no reason to change 4s for this as 4s will be running iOS6 smoothly till at least 7 version comes out. So whats the fukking point.
