If your last update was OTA then you need to update it through iTunes. If you're not sure, then go ahead and update it to be safe. Last OS for the 4 was 7.1.2 I believe which was hella stable so no worries there.

You shouldn't have to update iTunes. Just plug it in, back it up if you want, and hit restore up top.
The Flex patch is way more involved than updating iTunes anyway, which is the same as updating just about any software on your computer. You sure you built for this hack life, breh?

I honestly don't understand what you mean. The patch is on the sinful site. Right under the ipa link. Big blue screen shots. Maybe you need to register and login to see it, IDK. That's the exact site where I got the patch from though.

Just google "how to make a flex patch" and use the values from that sinful site. It's really not that difficult.

I would suggest the UK account. It makes it easier to upgrade (some upgrades are mandatory). It's best to know how to do it yourself rather than running back to that site holding your bowl out, feel me?
