If your excuse to criticism of one party's war crimes is, "well the other side is doing it too", you do know that defense is incriminating right?

Moot point when we have Israeli politicians making genocidal admissions on the daily, but still.

They are. Blockades are also acts of war. Denying populations access to essential supplies are also acts of war. Killing babies and civilians are acts of war.

Terrorist attacks on civilians, kidnappings, and rapes are war crimes and I have no issues having war crime perpetrators on both sides facing judgement and punishment.

So what's your point?
Why does Hamas continue to subject their people to this?

No such thing as war without war crimes

Why does Hamas continue to subject their people to this?

I got time today.

1. The occupation of Gaza and apartheid in the West Bank existed long before Hamas. The horror in Gaza did not begin with October 7. So it's inaccurate to blame the current devastation on Hamas, this was a deliberate choice by Israel as opposed to more targeted strikes on Hamas operatives and operations to retrieve hostages or negotiations to release hostages (which Israel declined to do).

2. Hamas does not force Israel to kill infants and bomb hospitals and starve innocent civilians and rape Palestinian captives in Israeli jails with broomsticks.

3. "You're making me hit you! Stop making me hit you!" That's how you sound. You sound like a domestic abuser blaming his wife for him punching her.

4. Hamas does not exist in the West Bank. There is apartheid and death in the West Bank. Who is at fault there?

No such thing as war without war crimes

Every war has isolated incidents of war crimes. Nothing to this extent. Far less civilians have died in Ukraine and no one is justifying their deaths (blamed rightly on Russia) with "war crimes occur everywhere"

Go on. What's your next question?

MBS had to weigh their suffering vs the opportunity to build a nuclear plant in Mecca

I blame the the Arab states and to a lesser degree Iran for this tragedy

Israel flew 1200+ miles to destroy your capital city :picard:

Thats WILD :dead:

Yes, the brave "Axis of Resistance" that spends their fortune on missiles to bomb kindergartens and attack commercial shipping while their citizens starve, die from preventable diseases, and they plead for aid.

entire region needs to be demilitarized and left to their own devices

their selfishness is truly without bounds

Can you imagine what could've been achieved in Africa, Asia, and South America in that time?

In 20 years the same blowhards here will be telling others about how they vehemently were against the tragedy going on today. Similar to how everyone alive at the time and lived to testify, conveniently was against Nazism, or were vocal advocates of the Civil Rights Movement :pachaha:
Nobody will bring this up in 20 years unfortunately and the Gaza abstainers ensured that would happen.

Where are the Gaza protestors at?

Don’t fix your face and disrespect the civil rights movement again by comparing it with the cowards who won’t protest against Trump.

Imagine if the civil rights protestors gave up if Nixon won instead of Kennedy :dead:

And before you say anything about only protesting your own candidates, civil rights protestors protested in the confederate ass south risking lynchings on a daily basis

For the non-spastics in the room

1. Forced population transfers are a war crime, and are a non-starter for the Palestinian people and Arab world (for very good reasons)

2. Saudi Arabia has stated in no unclear terms that they will absolutely not normalize relations with Israel without the establishment of a Palestine state around 1967 borders, and MBS recognizes that to do the first without the second would be political suicide even in an autocracy
